Recipes of the foods found in The COOKBOOK - a novel

Besides being a romantic/thriller, my novel The COOKBOOK contains scenes in kitchens and mentions recipes and foods. In the story there are two old women who raise a young girl. They originated from Eastern Europe, and therefore they often prepared meals from that part of the world. At the same time, they loved cooking and experimented with culinary dishes from many different countries. While they had many different cookbooks, the Betty Crocker Cookbook was there favorite and that's the book that held the secrets that changed Kate Miller's life.
