Let me introduce myself...

Cass Tell - Author of suspense action/thriller novels
I am a full-time novelist and Cass Tell is my pen name. Most of my books are suspense action/thrillers, but I also write literary stories and short stories (sometimes romantic). I also write books for young teens and most recently have been working on a series of action-suspense 90-minute reads titled The Wings Series.

You can get The Munich Shift, the first ebook in the Wings Series for free. Click Here

I like novels that keep the adrenaline pumping but also leave an after-thought. Therefore, I want my stories to be provocative , not holding back when dealing with controversial topics of love, culture, religion and worldviews. I like to test paradigms of morality and to deal with the tension between personal choice and cultural norms. Sometimes my books take readers outside their comfort zone.

As an author, I shy away from the spot light and and therefore am careful about my privacy. I grew up in the United States but now live in a small Spanish village on the Costa Brava. My home overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and provides a quiet place where one can reflect on the world in a deeper way. I also spend time at my small chalet in the Swiss Alpes.

While I do most of my writing from Spain, I travel a lot. This experience is reflected in my writing, as my novels typically contain a variety of international settings. I write in English, am fluent in French, and manage to get by in a number of different languages. Maybe "fluent" in French is stretching it a bit!

I attended university in the U.S. and Europe, and have an MBA and PhD. After graduating I worked in the corporate world. Then I started a company, and ended up selling it. This business experience is reflected in many of my stories.

I'd love to receive your feedback on my novels. My head is typically deep into writing the next story, and therefore, I am not so regular with email. But, I'll do my best to get back to you.
