Let me introduce myself...
I am a full-time novelist and Cass Tell is my pen name. Most of my books are suspense action/thrillers, but I also write literary stories and short stories (sometimes romantic).
I like novels that keep the adrenalin pumping but also leave an after-thought. Therefore, I want my stories to be provocative, not holding back when dealing with controversial topics of love, culture, religion and worldviews. I like to test paradigms of morality and to deal with the tension between personal choice and cultural norms. Often my books take readers outside their comfort zone.
As an author, I shy away from the spot light and and therefore am careful about my privacy. I live in a small Spanish village on the Costa Brava. My home overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and provides a quiet place where one can reflect on the world in a deeper way.
While I do most of my writing from Spain, I travel a lot. This experience is reflected in my writing, as my novels typically contain a variety of international settings. I write in English, am fluent in French, and manage to get by in a number of different languages.
I attended university in the U.S. and Europe. After graduating I worked for several large corporations. Then I started a company, and ended up selling it. This business experience is reflected in many of my stories.
I'd love to receive your feedback on my novels.
